Jennifer is a tax partner in EY’s London Private Client Services team, advising privately owned business in the UK and international groups.  She works with companies through their business life cycle, from growth, scale up and expansion, through to exit.  Jennifer is a corporate tax specialist, supported by a network of specialists across the other areas of tax, with experience of managing tax risk and identifying opportunities.
