SiteSales Property Group is a multi-disciplined organisation offering a range of services to its clients from Development through to Sales, Marketing and After Care.

Our aim at SiteSales is to provide a full range of exemplary development, sales and marketing services to support any client in their development ambitions - across London and the home counties. We help acquire sites and we assist in design; we work with contractors to find best solutions; we market, we promote, and we sell product off plan with proven success, adding value and reducing risk.

Our services are delivered by highly experienced and expertly trained staff who have all the skill sets represented, from site acquisition, legal frameworks, financial modelling, architectural design (inside and out) and construction, to marketing, sales and after care – and are committed to providing the highest levels of service from pre-commencement to handover and beyond.

WHY WE JOINED

We are delighted to have become a member of NLA, the detailed research they provide into the key opportunities and challenges facing London’s housing market is invaluable. As a newbuild housing sales specialist, we are excited to have the opportunity to debate and share our own knowledge and experiences gained through over 30 years within the private and affordable housing market with likeminded people. We look forward to sharing innovations and working collaboratively with fellow NLA members in the aim of creating better places to live, work and visit as is NLA’s ethos.
