U+I was created by the merger of Development Securities and Cathedral Group in 2014. We completed our integration and moved to our current home in 2015.
With a £6bn portfolio of complex, mixed-use, community-focused regeneration projects including a £200m investment portfolio, we are unlocking urban sites bristling with potential in the London, Manchester and Dublin city regions. These three locations have things in common. They retain their talent and attract tourism- all factors which drive economics and support growth. We look to create long-lasting social and economic change for the communities in which we build and deliver sustainable value for our shareholders.
