Cornwell House

Built

Cornwell House is a highly contextual restoration of a 19th century building in the Clerkenwell Green conservation area, extended at roof level and refurbished to provide high specification offices.

Pennybank Chambers

Built

Pennybank Chambers, was originally built in 1879, Emrys have refurbished the facade and the internals to enhance office spaces. A new curved zinc clad extension at the roof level expands provision.
