We were appointed by Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing to provide 32 high-quality new homes on a small plot at the corner of Bridport Place and Wiltshire Row, adjacent to the Regent's Canal

Castleton Road, Lewisham

Built

Five patio houses overcome the challenges of developing new homes on an overlooked backland site which is bounded entirely by gardens of surrounding properties.

Bancroft Estate, Tower Hamlets

Planning Granted

Redevelopment of two sites on the Bancroft Estate currently used as a tenants hall and garages to provide 33 new affordable homes and new community space.

Hydethorpe Road

Planning Granted

Part of HFL’s small sites programme, the brownfield site on Hydethorpe Road will be developed to provide 14 high quality, sustainable homes (50% affordable) in a new 4 and 5 storey building.

New Science Building

Built

New Science Building contains high quality flexible teaching rooms and laboratories for use by multiple faculties while remaining faithful to the ambitions of the original Denis Lasdun masterplan.
