Facilities: doubled capacity, 2 cinemas, banquet hall, multi-use learning/events/exhibits, member bars/restaurant/club, roof terraces, judging/meeting rooms & offices. 
A global creative centre of excellence for film, games & TV, integrating new technology & cost in use efficiency, in balance with member needs, public access & revenue, ensuring the charity’s long-term future.

Comprehensive expansion & re-design of BAFTA’s grade II Listed 195 Piccadilly HQ. Collaboratively bold/sensitive heritage approach creating new top floor by raising/restoring two huge Victorian rooflight structures & decorative plaster lost 40+ years from original 1883 Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, built ‘opposing’ the Royal Academy.

Enhances BAFTA’s international identity as the centre of excellence for motion picture arts Film, Games & TV; integrating innovative technology & multi-use efficiency, while balancing new talent support, learning & public access, with members’ needs & revenue, ensuring the charity’s social, environmental & economic sustainability.

Incl: doubled capacity, 2 cinema theatres, banquet hall, multi-use event/exhibition spaces, 4 kitchens/bars, members’ area/restaurant, boardroom, judging rooms, offices, 2 new roof terraces.  Cutting-edge technology subtly integrated & sustained via partnering with renowned firms: Dolby, Christie, QSC, Merck, etc.
