With excellent transport links to Oxford, Himley Village will provide much needed housing in the area to support the growth of the Knowledge Network. The existing farmland has been the starting point for this new village and the design has been informed by studying local houses, villages and notable examples of recent eco-developments. Penoyre & Prasad have developed a series of interchangeable modules allowing for a large range of house types made up from a high-quality kit of parts.
