Maria Mosiou (BA Hons, March ARB RIBA), Project Manager for Far East Consortium, oversees the company’s first listed building residential mixed-use scheme in the UK – Hornsey Town Hall – multitasking across disciplines from finance to public consultation. She has ten years’ experience taking complex schemes from briefing, feasibility, planning, delivery to completion on residential, commercial, retail and hotel projects. She is also engaged with the expansion of FEC’s London office, including resourcing, mentoring colleagues, fostering team involvement and setting brand direction.
