Adam has been a teacher and now a consultant for 19 years, having taught in both the private, state and international school sectors. His specialisms are geography teaching from Years 4-13, curriculum development, teacher training and development, whole school improvement and the academy and free school systems. He has also worked as a special educational needs coordinator, head of behaviour and senior deputy headteacher. His current role is as a lead consultant in London's largest multi-academy trust, predominantly serving the most deprived areas of the city. His career has also included setting up a free school from scratch as an assistant principal, from the design phase to successful Ofsted outcomes.
