Alex is Head of Planning Policy at the LLDC and has lead on the development, adoption and review of its Local Plan and CIL Charging Schedule along with a range of bespoke guidance and research that is aimed at providing the development framework for areas within and surrounding the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This includes leading on the related infrastructure planning and funding from CIL and S106 and the successful community focused Neighbourhood Priorities Fund.

Previously, Alex’s roles have included working at Chief Planner Policy & Relationships at the Olympic Delivery Authority and Group Leader Policy and Research at LB Newham, roles also providing experience in significant regeneration and development schemes in East London.
