Alicia began her career in Education, after acquiring a BA in History of Design and a PGCE at the University of Greenwich. Alicia is currently the Head of Regeneration in Bromley, one of London’s largest Borough’s. With responsibility of a diverse portfolio from, restoration and conservation work, as well as developing and improving public sector assets such as leisure centres, libraries and has been at the forefront of building affordable housing for the Borough. Alicia has successfully delivered Bromley's first housing schemes in over 30 years and winning awards. Alicia has a particular interest in innovative technologies in the house building process and is excited to champion and support the work of NLA.
