Andrew Costa, a partner at Ryder Architecture, has led complex urban regeneration projects, residential, (including expertise in later living, care, and Build to Rent), hotels, commercial and mixed-use schemes in London for over 30 years. With a passion for both contemporary design, historic buildings and an environmentally sensitive approach, much of his work involves unlocking difficult sites and steering these through complex planning and urban design challenges. Andrew is a an experienced juror including the Civic Trust for over ten years and is currently judging the low carbon project of the year.
