Andrew leads PRP’s Development Consultancy and Research team, overseeing the sustainability performance of the practice. He has extensive experience in large-scale regeneration, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

He provides strategic advice on development projects and existing buildings, serving as a technical advisor to DLHUC and the Welsh Government on building safety and regulations. Andrew has a comprehensive understanding of the Building Safety regimes and regulatory changes.

His expertise encompasses building reuse, retrofit, adaptation, construction quality, defect analysis, facade replacement, building safety, compliance with regulations and standards, sustainable development, zero carbon buildings, efficient building operation, health and wellbeing, climate resilience, post-occupancy evaluation, and corporate sustainability strategies.
