Andrew is an Area Manager for North West London at the Greater London Authority. 

He manages relationships with a number of the Mayor’s key housing investment partners, helping to deliver affordable housing through brokering investment and partnership opportunities.  Andrew most recently led work on the Mayor’s £3.15bn Homes for Londoners: Affordable Homes Programme 2016-21.  Andrew’s interests and expertise include affordable housing supply and its impact on economic development in the UK and abroad.
