Benjamin joined Derwent London an architect by background in 2010.  In his previous role as Development Manager, he was responsible for delivering a number of the major office schemes in Derwent’s active development pipeline, including the forward-thinking White Collar Factory at Old Street roundabout. Completed schemes include the recent Buckley Building in Clerkenwell.   In 2011, Benjamin was elected to the BCO Board of Management in the Developer category and continues to challenge some of the accepted norms in the property industry.  He regularly speaks on the changing nature of the workplace and Derwent’s design-led approach.
