Bill Watts
Bill Watts is a Director and Decarbonisation Leader at Max Fordham with nearly 40 years’ experience.  Bill is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of building services and has a detailed understanding of the design, construction and operation of a wide range of building types.   

Bill has led many decarbonisation projects, including Oxford University colleges Wolfson, Nuffield and St Edmund Hall, the University of Portsmouth, and Islington Council schools.  He takes an innovative approach to design, challenging conventional approaches and looking for new ways to make the built environment more sustainable and more comfortable.
