Catherine is an experienced urban planner, designer and placeshaper, highly skilled in the delivery of heritage, mixed use, arts, culture, leisure, and public space projects in Central London. 
 
Closely engaged with the delivery of projects and strategies that enhance the resilience and attractiveness of South Westminster and Riverside, Mayfair, the West End, the CAZ, the City of London. Catherine has significant experience in the development of holistic asset management and investment strategies to rejuvenate underperforming streets and to reposition the ground floor offer. 

Catherine has worked for clients across London including major developers, cultural organisations, housebuilders, the Great Estates, Universities,  owners, BIDS , private clients and neighbourhood forums.She actively plays a role in stakeholder, neighbourhood forums and arts groups and supports non-profit organisations to prepare Neighbourhood CIL applications and lottery funded projects. 

She has specialised in the creative revitalisation and delivery of visionary place-based strategies including adaptation of historic buildings, structures, public spaces and waterfronts incorporating new strategic infrastructure, public ream and major artworks and requiring significant stakeholder engagement. Catherine has prepared public art strategies and also worked closely on the delivery of commissions and temporary programming. 
 
She has also worked on various tall building projects in designated Opportunity and Intensification Areas, involving protected and sensitive townscapes and major infrastructure planning.
