Ciara has 20 years' experience in the public and private sector focusing on all aspects of spatial planning. She is Brent's Spatial Planning Manager responsible for all aspects of plan-making, placemaking, infrastructure planning and strategic transport.

Prior to joining Brent she worked at LB Redbridge where she successfully led her team through the Local Plan examination and delivered a sound Local Plan. Ciara has previously worked at Haringey and Greenwich Councils.
