Guy is an elected Councillor and Cabinet Member for Regeneration in Hackney in East London and a prospective Parliamentary Candidate standing in the 2015 General Election. He has provided the political leadership for the Labour administration in Hackney supporting the social, economic, cultural and environmental regeneration in Hackney and east London. Since becoming a Councillor in 1998, Guy has held many roles that have contributed to the physical and socio economic regeneration that has and is being realised in Hackney and the wider east London area.
