Darren's portfolio includes major development, joint ventures, and regeneration projects aimed at creating vibrant new neighbourhoods with a blend of residential, commercial, and social infrastructure, totalling a gross development value of £3.3 billion.

 

With 20 years of experience in urban development, investment, and housing delivery, Darren has a proven track record of executing award-winning projects recognised for their design excellence and collaborative approach. His previous roles include serving as a regeneration director for a housing association, a councillor, and the chair of a local development trust. Darren is passionate about how thoughtful design, regeneration, and community engagement can improve places and enhance residents' quality of life.
