Dr Dorte Rich Jørgensen is an Associated Principal in Sustainability Consultancy and co-directs the sustainability team within Introba.
With her extensive experience, acting as a sustainable design manager, and a chartered engineer of CIBSE, Dorte has a demonstrated track record in embedding sustainable solutions and delivering cutting-edge and award-winning projects like Cambridge Children Hospital, London 2012 Olympics, and Chiswick Park. With a national profile, Dorte is an experienced collaborator influencing change whilst working with leading industry practitioners and businesses, academics and Universities, government representatives, professional institutions, and industry bodies.
Dorte has multiple publications, both through the industry and the press, demonstrating national thought leadership and is a keynote speaker. As the sustainability lead for the London 2012 North Park infrastructure design team, Dorte played a key role in achieving the highest CEEQUAL scoring projects to date. With the London 2012 Olympics infrastructure team across the Park, the project was awarded the first ever Eric Hughes Awards by CEEQUAL in recognition of making an Outstanding Contribution to Improving Sustainability in Civil Engineering alongside several outstanding achievement awards.
In Introba, Dorte works as the sustainability lead on large scale projects covering mixed use, residential and life science.
