Edmund has nearly 30 years experience as a town planner and building conservation specialist having worked for Bristol City Council and managed the conservation and urban design teams at the London boroughs of Lambeth and Camden. Since 2006 he has been the heritage advisor to Transport for London together with roles advising the London Development Agency, the mayor's development corporations and the Greater London Authority on historic environment matters. He has also published five books for Lambeth Council on the architectural history of the borough.
