Emma is a Senior Development Manager at Transport for London (TfL), managing a range of major residential-led schemes across London. Her current Joint Venture portfolio includes nearly 1,000 homes under construction and a further 700 in design and planning. 

 

Specialising in partnerships, Emma’s experience establishing and working in joint ventures with house builders, developers and housing associations has given her first-hand insight into making these projects a success. She also seeks to strengthen collaboration with development partners and other public sector bodies - for example championing an educational engagement programme to help improve the inclusivity and diversity of the built environment sector.  

Emma joined TfL in 2016 after starting her career in the Planning & Development team at Gerald Eve, and subsequently managing a strategic land portfolio at the Church Commissioners. Her career path has given Emma a breadth of experience - across site assembly, planning and design, and delivery.
