Fahmida currently works as a Research and Policy Analyst at the Resolution Foundation where her work focuses on income and inequality, with a particular focus on structural inequalities affecting groups with protected characteristics. She also provides research support to WebRoots Democracy, a volunteer-led think tank focused on progressive and inclusive technology policy. Fahmida recently sat as a commissioner on the Newham Democracy Commission, which delivered its recommendations on the future of Newham’s democratic model last Monday.
