Gareth leads TfL’s input into the development of the new London Plan. 

Working with the Greater London Authority, he influences planning policy to encourage patterns of development which maximise all aspects of the current and future transport network, helping to optimise land use around transport nodes and encourage more sustainable travel patterns. Gareth also supports the growth and development aspects of the Crossrail 2 project, highlighting the opportunities brought by the scheme for the delivery of new homes and jobs across London and the South East.
