Jacqueline is part of the leadership team for L&Q’s Development Division. The division are responsible for the delivery of 30,000 quality new homes, one of the largest delivery targets in the sector. Leading L&Q’s Growth, Jacqui’s role oversees; Strategic Partnerships, Regeneration and Business Development across the country.
Jacqueline has held senior roles in business development in both the public and private sectors. In her previous role as L&Q’s London Regional Development Director, her portfolio included major development, joint venture and regeneration projects, such as The Chain – Walthamstow, Lock 19 – Fish Island, The Silk District – Whitechapel, Regency Heights at Park Royal and Acton Gardens. During her tenure as Acquisitions, Land and Planning Director, covering North West London, she secured a land pipeline in excess of 3,000 new homes.
A Londoner born and bred and architecturally trained, Jacqui has a passion for development, regeneration, place-making and creating exciting new places to live in the city. In her previous roles working for East Thames, Moat Homes Ltd, Capita, Tribal Group and the Guinness Trust, she has held responsibility for the areas of residential property development, housing and management consultancy, regeneration, private sector renewal and residential sales & marketing.
Jacqui is also an experienced non-executive director, with over 20 years’ experience in providing strategic leadership in the not-for-profit sector. She is currently Chair of the YH Residential Board and member of the Growth & Investment Committee. She has also acted as a mentor to individuals at both non-executive and operational levels.
