Throughout his career, Jae has contributed to several high-profile London developments. He was involved in the planning process for 1 Undershaft, a 1.4 million sq ft office tower in the City of London, navigating complex planning requirements and optimising the building's integration within the City's skyline. Jae also contributed to the development of Chelsea Barracks, a 13-acre super-prime residential project in Belgravia, where he addressed complex design and heritage considerations.
In his current role, Jae oversees the design, planning, and delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments and office schemes in central London. He applies his skills to delivering future-proof buildings that meet high industry standards, ensuring projects meet both financial objectives and contribute positively to the urban landscape.
