Jess advises a range of public and private sector clients, including several NHS Trusts in respect of healthcare developments ranging from minor works to major redevelopments including a new replacement 100,000 sqm regional hospital, a new 79no. bed mental health inpatient facility and the transformation of an existing maternity and neonatal ward. Jess is experienced at guiding healthcare clients through the planning and development process, from inception and feasibility through to construction and delivery. Jess has a particular interest in exploring the concept of bringing healthcare into high street settings as the retail landscape changes.
