Joelle has spent the last 11 years of her Interior Design career specialising in workplace design for Perkins&Will. With experience across a breadth of projects, from finance, legal, and TMT sectors, to semi-public sector, pro-bono and community outreach work, Joelle has developed an extensive knowledge of workplace design and end-user engagement in incredibly varied contexts. 

In her role as an Associate Principal at Perkins&Will, Joelle's focus is on the front-end of the design journey: client engagement, establishing design strategy and aspirations, and challenging projects teams to consider the future of workplace use and the impact of our projects on the wider community.
