Ken has been Peabody’s Director of Regeneration in Thamesmead since September 2014, serving as interim director before that.

He has previously acted as a consultant on matters of property and regeneration to various organisations within the public sector, including Genesis HA and Basildon Borough Council, giving him a wide and varied outlook on the field.  Prior to that he worked in the HCA London office and held a number of positions in local government in East London.
