Kevin has over 10 years post-graduate experience in Strategic Planning, Plan-making, Development Management, planning policy and transport planning. He has a BA in Economics and Geography from University College Cork and a Masters degree in Town and County Planning from Queens University Belfast. 

He has previous experience in transport strategies, planning policy and land use development, regeneration schemes, site development briefs, assessment of major planning applications and undertaking sustainable transport initiatives. He has a diverse planning background having worked in a variety of different planning roles organisations in Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
