Laura has a background in Architecture and Sustainable Urbanism, with over 15 years of international experience in architecture, urban planning, and regeneration. She has worked on major projects across China, Denmark, and England, including the transformation of large industrial sites in China, the development of Copenhagen’s long-term urban renewal and climate adaptation strategy, and regeneration initiatives for towns and communities across England, including London.
In TfL's Investment Planning, Laura works with partners across the public and private sectors to align transport investment with wider growth, regeneration, and development objectives across London. Her work focuses on ensuring that major transport infrastructure investments, including transformational schemes such as the Elizabeth line, maximise opportunities for sustainable growth, housing delivery, and economic development. She is currently leading initiatives to support regeneration and unlock growth in key areas of London through integrated transport and place-based investment strategies.
