Leonie Oliva is a Partner in Gerald Eve’s London Planning and Development team. She has over 25 years’ experience delivering major planning permissions and providing strategic advice across a range of sectors including higher education, arts and culture, industrial and logistics and residential. 
She has a particular interest in regeneration and has advised on a number of major estate regeneration schemes in London. 
Influencing planning policy is also a key element of her work. Leonie has a keen interest in current affairs and the role that planning and development can play in solving societal challenges and improving our lives.
