Lucy is Head of Cohousing at Housing 21.  She is using her passion, leadership skills and housing experience to play a pivotal role in enabling Housing 21 to think outside of the box, in addition to leading the housing sector, to deliver a cohousing vision that is very different to the more established models for older persons’ housing.

Her role is to ensure that disadvantaged communities have access to Housing 21’s cohousing offer and residents from these communities are at the heart of the decision making relating to all aspects of the projects, from design through to future management.
