Dundee born, Michael worked first as an architect and urban designer in a London practice delivering projects across the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, rising to senior partner, before changing career to run the Architecture & Facades division of Laing O’Rourke and now Design Director for Hadley Property Group.
