Mike is Chief Executive for the Partnerships South division of Countryside.  He heads up four regions that specialise in residential-led regeneration projects across London and the South East.  The division focuses on regeneration of brownfield sites, housing estates and town centres, involving significant social and economic objectives as well as placemaking.  

 

The projects that he is responsible for are often delivered through formal partnerships with local authorities or housing associations.  The 24 projects currently being progressed will provide over 21,000 new homes through development strategies and urban masterplans that provide for effective community development. 

 

Mike has led several major developments and strategic partnerships for Countryside that have become industry reference points for good design, speed of housing output and engagement. He is passionate about delivering places people love and providing for sustainable communities.
