Milly is an ESG Research Consultant at Stride Treglown, an AJ100 practice working across civic, education, healthcare, and residential and commercial sectors. Her background spans built environment and land justice spheres, encompassing urban design, city planning, ethnographic research, community engagement and grassroots organising. Drawing upon this experience, Milly is co-developing Stride Treglown’s qualitative POE service ‘Inhabitant’, building an internal evidence base to inform data-led design decisions.

 

Alongside her work with Stride Treglown, Milly works at the Bartlett School of Planning as a Research Assistant on the ‘Trusting Communities: Principles of Community Ownership and Stewardship’ project, which grapples different understandings of ‘value’ across the public, private and community sectors. The project is supported by the British Academy / Leverhulme research grant.
