Oliver joined Savills in 2005 and is now Head of the London Commercial Development team providing strategic consultancy, disposal and acquisition advice in relation to property portfolios and individual holdings in London.
His work focuses on the marketing and disposal of major mixed use development opportunities, clients include UK and overseas public/ private institutions and developers.

Development consultancy and marketing of an existing 65,000sqft office and retail site on Drury Lane, with a feasibility study for a new 90,000sqft office or residential scheme, and structuring of a joint venture to provide the land owner with capital receipt, new retail units and development profit.
- Strategic development and agency advice to the BBC on the 1 million sq ft 17 acre Media Village campus in west London, and balancing ongoing occupational requirements with a re-positioned mixed use scheme.
- Development consultancy and agency advice to Royal Mail Group on their 14 acre site at Nine Elms, and subsequent global marketing campaign.
- Development consultancy and global agency advice to ABP in relation to their 4.7m sq ft commercial led scheme in The Royal Docks.
- Commercial advice in relation to TfL's freehold interest at Archway Tower and regear of the existing headlease to enable PRS redevelopment. We negotiated a structure that gave TfL a geared ground rent plus a share of rental income from the completed scheme.
