Paul is a Director for the International group with 17 years’ experience in designing, testing and delivering sustainable transport and mobility innovations.

Over the last 2 years, Paul has led pioneering work on guidelines and the design of mobility hubs in the UK – an innovative way of connecting communities with a network of shared and on-demand mobility services including: car, bike and e-bike sharing; ride hailing; DRT); electric vehicle charging; and connections with the public transport network.
His current projects bring forward innovative concepts for urban areas including mobility hubs, demand responsive transport, mobility as a service, congestion reduction strategies, shared mobility, automated shuttles, drones and electric charging infrastructure. He feeds these new transport technologies and services into the overall transport planning work in Vectos, to design, deliver and model visionary, low carbon mobility strategies for new and existing communities.
