Richard is a Policy Manager in TfL’s Strategy and Policy team. He has over 20 years experience in transport planning, in the public and private sectors, and 14 years of working in London for TfL and the GLA. Richard was a principal contributor to the transport chapter of the London Plan, has responsibility for developing the transport strategies for a number of growth areas and has worked on projects ranging from the Congestion Charge, the Low Emission Zone and the Mayor’s Roads Task Force.
