TfL has an ambitious target of starting on the sites that will deliver 10,000 homes by March 2021. Robin brings over 17 years’ experience of affordable housing to the Commercial Development team at TfL having previously worked for Registered Providers and local authorities. He is responsible for balancing the social and commercial objectives of the TfL development portfolio, ensuring that at least 50% of the programme is affordable housing.
