Simon Chouffot is a co-founder of Naked House - a new generation not-for-profit developer. Started in 2013 by a group of housing professionals who were feeling the impact of the housing crisis themselves, Naked House builds genuinely affordable stripped-back homes with an emphasis on good design that put people back at the centre of housebuilding.
