Simon is the Head of Healthcare at Wates Construction, one of the leading privately-owned, construction, development and property services companies in the UK. Wates employ almost 4,500 people, working with a range of clients and partners from across the public and private sectors. Simon has spent the majority of his 25 year career in the public sector. Simon’s strategic role allows him to stay at the forefront of the challenges facing public estates and the design and construction teams who provide the key to overcome them. When he is not traveling all over the UK with Wates, Simon is a fanatical F1 fan, he also enjoys spending time with the family and hill-walking.
