Simon is a Chartered Surveyor and Head of Property & Asset Management at Derwent London plc.

Simon leads a team of 26, managing Derwent’s £4.2bn, 5.7m sq ft London based portfolio. Derwent London and Simon in particular are active participants in a number of Central London bids, including Baker Street Quarter, Fitzrovia Partnership and North Bank.  Prior to joining Derwent London in 2008 Simon spent 11 years with Workspace Group plc.
