Stuart Flaxton, Director of Buro Four, is the company’s lead for all things sustainability and is leading the company’s involvement with Project Managers Declare. He worked as Project Director for Europe’s first and only WELL Platinum office building, as well as other developments that had a focus on sustainability. Another facet of his job is to ensure Buro Four shares best practice and lessons learnt on projects with a sustainability focus, including Baker Street for Derwent London and Portman Estate which will be fully electric, and the redevelopment of Millennium Bridge House for Beltane Asset Management which will contain innovative solutions for carbon reduction.
