Climate-proofing design: projects and concepts PechaKucha

Talk

Wednesday 17 November 2021
18:00 - 20:00

Join us at Coal Drops Yard for a PechaKucha evening and hear about projects that demonstrate effective approaches to climate resilience.

NLA’s report Resilient London: confronting climate change highlights the urgency to prioritise climate resilience and make sure that what we build today is fit-for-purpose and can adapt well to future climates.

From nature-based solutions to retrofits, from masterplans to strategies, how can we embed climate adaption into city design?

This PechaKucha will present a selection of schemes that are putting climate adaptation and the Net Zero agenda at the forefront of design.
