This report studies the evolution of London’s industrial and logistics sectors which support the city as a world-leading centre in its post-COVID recovery.

As part of the report WRK/LDN in 2016, NLA illustrated the critical role of modern warehouses and urban logistics space, explaining how crucially important high-quality industrial sites are in order to keep London functioning as a global city.

Six years on from that report and that argument has only gained traction. We’re seeing a growing need for more of these spaces and witnessing more innovation in where and how we build them.
