Study Tour: Queen’s Quarter

Tour

Thursday 13 April 2023
08:30 - 10:00

Join HUB and AHMM, for a tour and exclusive insight into Queen’s Quarter a key regeneration project in central Croydon.
Completed in June 2022, Queen’s Quarter brings together new affordable homes and public realm with The Queen’s Gardens, which was co-designed with the local community and is now one of Croydon’s most popular green spaces. Stirling Prize-winning AHMM designed 513 high-quality, practical and low-impact homes, with the development being shaped by direct conversations with over 1,500 local residents. Delivering a mix of housing for sale and for rent, 13,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, and the regeneration of the park, this project opened a new chapter for this neighbourhood.

Please note this is an in-person event and with a maximum capacity of 25 therefore tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of two tickets per organisation.
