Hayes Davidson was founded in London in 1989 by Alan Davidson, pioneering the use of CGIs in the visualisation of architecture and the built environment.

Since then we have developed into a creative, collaborative and passionate 30+ strong studio which we are proud to say is 100 per cent employee-owned.

HD pioneered the creation of photoreal verified views for planning applications, and we have been involved in the process of obtaining consent for some of the most iconic additions to the London skyline. We have formulated a specialist team, dedicated to analysing the potential visual impact of new city development, and we have a highly successful track record in supporting major planning applications.

We are constantly evolving our processes by introducing exciting new technologies, such as AR, VR and verified cinemagraphs, bringing proposed schemes to life in new and innovative ways, and allowing our clients and their intended audiences to see the future in action.
