JRA’s prominent new-build office development provides eleven floors of open plan office space, a double height reception and an expansive roof garden with panoramic views of the City.
33 King William Street is a new landmark office development situated on a prominent site in the City of London at the northern approach to London Bridge. It provides a long-term, high-quality contribution to the City that’s works contextually alongside historically significant buildings. The choice of glass and faience cladding uniquely reflects its setting whilst providing modern amenities including a double height entrance hall, flexible office space and an expansive roof garden with panoramic views of the City and the River Thames. The success of the development has been recognised with American bank Wells Fargo acquiring the building as their London Headquarters.
